It was a Rocking good time
at the Annual Rockview Christmas Party, with the rooms filled to capacity.
Erna Fex convened a group of
hard working volunteers who put out a delicious buffet for the members. Our
beverage servers did a fine job of keeping up with the demand and resulted in a
very boisterous happy group.
Ray and Jackie Thoms had
donated 4 beautifully framed works of Ray's renown photography to the club as a
fund raiser and the lucky winners were: George Chretien, Grace Harper, Shirley
Neven and Georgette Chretien.
The 50/50 draw was won by
Evie Fish.
The dancers enjoyed the
music supplied by Stan Snow and grooved away till after 7 P.M.
Kudos to all who worked so
hard and to the members who supported the event.
