Hello again from Barb Petkovich, President

Hello again......

Just a note to let you know, that you are not in this fight alone. On a positive note I wanted to share a couple of positive comments:

"You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think"     A.A.Mine

"Winning doesn't always mean being first. Winning means you're doing better than you've done before."   Bonnie Blair

"The struggle you're in today is developing the strength that you need tomorrow."   Robert Tew

One thing you may want to consider during this time is to perhaps  turn the television off and listen to some of your favourite type of music. It does calm the soul and it is not good to listen to all the news programs all of the time.

Here are some activities if you wish something to do

A Message from Barb Petkovich

Hello everyone

These are very challenging and difficult days for all of us here at Rockview, something  that has been thrust upon us through no fault of our own.

How we move forward through this will be a test of our strength and wisdom.

The one thing we all must remember is that it isn't just about YOU, we need to listen to the experts, obey the instructions coming at us every day, and I believe that if we ALL self isolate, maintain a distance of 6 feet from everyone when we find ourselves having to exit the building, we will have a much better chance of coming out of this unscathed.

Keeping in touch with your friends, family and neighbours is good for the soul for all concerned.

Please keep positive thoughts and we will get through this especially if we all care for one another.

ROAC- Barb. Petkovich- President

One thing that has been suggested is the use of gloves if you must go out for groceries etc. They are good but there is a method for removing them to protect yourself......take a moment and have a look on protecting yourself!

Have a look at the following when you have the time....some good information.
